After 55 years of outfitting little Alaskans, the time has come to announce our retirement. Our celebration will begin on  Friday, April 1 at 10 AM with 30% off everything in the store.

With so many years behind us, we have many memories to share and we are sure that you do, too.  Our store will be decorated with pictures and clothing from historic Anchorage. Many Alaskan Cuties modeled for us over the years and you may be one of them! Come identify yourself (or your children, grandchildren or great grandchildren) in a photo and you will receive a special appreciation gift.*

Please note that we will be closed Monday through Thursday, March 28 through 31,  to get ready for this event  and will reopen at 10AM Friday, April 1. Thank you, Anchorage, for 55 great years!

We just wanted to thank you, our loyal customers and friends, for another successful year. It is wonderful to be a part of such a caring community. We will be closing at 5 PM on New Years Eve and we will be closed for New Years Day. We will be reopening on Monday, January 3 at 10 AM and unpacking great new items from Haven Girl, Little Giraffe, Mobiwraps, Luba diaper bags, Bogs sandals and much more. Have a safe New Year’s Eve-onward to 2011!

It was one degree here in Anchorage when I came to work this morning. It is absolutely beautiful today and 50% of Alaskans like it cold and clear this time of the year. The other 50% go to Hawaii or other warm spots. Please note that we carry swimsuits, sunscreen, sandals, shorts..all year long. In fact, we probably sell more swimsuits this time of the year than any other. I just love selling a snowsuit and a swimsuit to the same customer…

Amid the hustle and bustle of Santa Claus, silver bells, mistletoe, cookies, gifts and rushing about, please do not forget the Real Meaning of Christmas and why we celebrate. We will be closing at 4 PM on Christmas Eve and will reopen at 10 AM Tuesday, Dec. 28 so that we may spend time with our families. Christmas Blessings from Junior Towne!

Open Sunday, Dec. 19- 12:30 to 4
Dec. 20 to Dec. 23 (Monday through Thursday) 10 AM to 6 PM
Dec. 24-Christmas Eve 9:30 AM through 3:30
Closed Saturday, Dec. 25 through Monday, Dec. 27.
We will reopen at 10 AM, Tuesday, Dec. 28.
